A pouch for SVD "Fast" mags is a simple open pouch that has an elastic cord with a convenient grip instead of a flaps, so it is absolutely silent. SVD "Fast" is great for SVD rifle magazines and others similar in size.   

The pouch is attached to the MOLLE interface, from the outside it has slings for attaching additional pouches or necessary equipment.
